Pam Carter

Paralegal

Ms. Carter has worked in the Fort Smith legal community for over 40 years handling matters in all areas of law.

Ms. Carter was a founding member of the Sebastian-Crawford Counties Legal Secretaries Association and served the organization in all official capacities. Ms. Carter is a life member of the Arkansas Legal Secretaries Association, where she served on the Board, and the National Association of Legal Secretaries. Ms. Carter has also served as a member of the Advisory Board for the Paralegal Degree Program at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith.
